Google Technology User Groups (GTUGs) are user groups for people who are interested in Google's developer technology. www.gtugs.org. There are more than 345 GTUG chapters in 95 countries that have organized more than 664 events worldwide. In GTUG events, people interested in Google technology, be it Android, Google App Engine, product APIs like the YouTube API and the Google Calendar API, Google +, Google Apps meet and discuss about development of technologies around these tools. Islamabad GTUG was the first GTUG group launched in Pakistan.

In 2010 we hosted GTUG Islamabad first event around Google I/O 2011 http://www.google.com/events/io/2011/index-live.html on May 10th 2011.
